Return & Exchange Policy

SHAII accepts eligible returns and exchanges requested within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns are issued as SHAII store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue.

Returns & Exchanges

To submit a request, open your order confirmation email, select View Your Order, and follow the instructions to request a return or exchange.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive confirmation with the appropriate instructions.

For orders within Kuwait, our team will arrange collection of the item(s).

For international orders, return or exchange instructions and any applicable shipping arrangements will be provided following approval.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags attached.

SHAII reserves the right to decline any item that shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or does not otherwise meet our return and exchange requirements.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the value of the returned item(s) will be issued as SHAII store credit.

Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue and may be used towards any available item on our website.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability at the time the request is processed.

If your preferred item or size is unavailable, you may select another available item or receive the eligible return value as SHAII store credit.
